We were glad to refi once the interests rates started to come down. Rolling some student loans into our payment lowered all of our higher rates into more lower one. Tim helped us navigate through all of this. Very happy for the relationship.

They zealously kept us apprised of all progress on the mortgage process, and let us know promptly when we needed to respond to any issue. Furthermore, in the year since we finalized the sale, we've occasionally consulted Tim on any follow-up questions regarding the mortgage, taxes, etc., and he has promptly and thoroughly answered.

Working with Tim alleviated a lot of anxiety we felt about the approval process. He was able to take the pressure off and help (rather promptly, too) with any bumps we had along the entire process. Our loan was difficult to process, the Mortagage House did it and we were able to get into our house, but we discovered after signing that the contractor they recommended was the loan processor's husband, and that they had to switch the names on the paperwork at the last minute so that FHA wouldn't find out. We were duped and overcharged for his services and our loan was held up multiple times because the loan processor "Had not been able to contact the contractor" Really? Look in bed!
We were in a hurry to close, as our other mortgage had fallen through last minute. Tim & his team were able to push our stuff through super fast, and find us the best mortgage, Thank you To the Mortgage House !!

I was trying to get a home loan. I tried several different places and they kept turning me down. So I hurrd about the mortgage house. And they made it happen. It was the best experience ever. To get a home loan threw the mortgage house and purchase my very first home. It was a lot of work but it all payed off. I couldn't have done it with out Tim the president of the mortgage.
